Animal conformation, which is to say the strength, health and good shape of the animal has a considerable role in it’s productivity. The agricultural contests of the Expo de Saint-Hyacinthe allows comparison between the animals to determine the one which presents the optimal features and best conformation for their race. It is an important step for the commercial growth at the international level of multiple enterprises which have their origins in Quebec.
